In your role, you will work closely with other professionals to assess safeguarding concerns for children and vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include conducting initial risk assessments, managing and reviewing referrals, and contributing to decision-making about necessary interventions. As a Social Worker in MASH, you will ensure the safety of children through immediate protective actions or referrals to support services. You will track cases, monitor progress, and ensure action plans are implemented effectively. Your work is critical in identifying risks, responding to concerns, and coordinating multi-agency efforts to protect and support those who are vulnerable.

What you will do:

- Conduct initial risk assessments and manage referrals within the MASH framework.
- Collaborate with professionals from various agencies to assess and address safeguarding concerns.
- Contribute to decision-making processes regarding the need for further interventions.
- Implement and monitor action plans to ensure child and vulnerable individual safety.
- Track case progress and ensure appropriate support services are in place for those in need.
