In your role, you will work closely with other professionals to assess safeguarding concerns for children and vulnerable individuals. Key responsibilities include conducting initial risk assessments, managing and reviewing referrals, and contributing to decision-making about necessary interventions. As a Social Worker in MASH, you will ensure the safety of children through immediate protective actions or referrals to support services. You will track cases, monitor progress, and ensure action plans are implemented effectively.
