You will be based at Glenfield LE3 8RA, with an expectation to be in the office one week out of every five and once a week for duty, as well as when necessary to lead your small team effectively.

What you will do:
- Lead and manage a skilled Duty and Assessment Team, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met with diligence and care.
- Oversee case work, providing guidance and direction on complex cases to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective service provision for every case.
- Engage in court work and support the team in preparing and presenting cases, ensuring thorough and precise documentation.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to keep morale high and results impressive.
