What you will do:
- Be an essential part of a team dedicated to providing an outstanding Housing Occupational Therapy service.
- Maximise the availability of accessible housing for people with disabilities by improving housing supply and quality.
- Identify households most in need of accessible housing and match them to properties as they become available.
- Provide professional Occupational Therapy support within the Disability and Home Improvement Service and other services as required.
- Apply a practical, professional, and customer-centred approach to all referrals for action.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential to ensure quality and standards are maintained.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant specialism is required for this role.
- While a car driver is preferable, it is not essential.
