Requirements of the Nursing Manager:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 12 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Preferably experience in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of regional healthcare systems.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage large teams and oversee operational functions.
- Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and complete the necessary compliance and onboarding processes.
- Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin.
