Senior Speech Pathologist
Location: Brisbane (2 Roles) & Sunshine Coast (2 Roles), Australia
Contract Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: AUD $104,000–$120,000 per annum + Superannuation + Travel Allowance + PD Allowance (AUD $3,000/year)
Relocation Support: Up to AUD $10,000–$15,000 (includes reimbursement of flight costs) + Sign-On Bonus (up to AUD $10,000)
Eligible candidates will be offered a Skilled in Demand (SID) visa, a temporary work visa with a pathway to Australian Permanent Residency.

About the Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Support individuals with disabilities (NDIS expertise required).
- Develop and implement tailored treatment programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Provide mentorship to junior clinicians and contribute to team development.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology.
- SPA Registration (Speech Pathology Australia).
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with NDIS expertise.
- Strong communication skills.
- Paediatric experience is ideal.
- Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
