Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a new locum opportunity based in location, within the Rapid Intensive Treatment Team.
Location: Lancashire
Contract Type: Locum, ongoing block booking.
Working Hours: This service operates 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm, these times could be flexible and open for discussion.
Pay Rate: £26 - £41 per hour (assignment rate):
- Days: £26 per hour
- Nights/Saturdays: £34 per hour
- Sundays/Bank Holidays: £41 per hour
Main Duties:
- Risk assessment in the community
- Care plans
- Shift lead
- Gatekeeping assessments
- Caseload management
- MDT meeting attendance
- Capacity assessments
- Medication administration
- Monitoring mental health and physical health
- Carer support
- Signposting
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Valid NMC Registration
- Experience in a RITT team or CMHT would be desirable
