What You Will Do:
- Provide high-quality mental health care to patients within the prison setting, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Conduct mental health assessments and risk assessments in line with established guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support delivery of care and ensure continuity.
- Support the wider healthcare team in promoting mental well-being and rehabilitation initiatives.
