Their specialist neurological care centre, based in Hertfordshire, provides care for individuals aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions. They focus on optimising health and wellbeing, maximising independence, and supporting the emotional and social needs of their patients. Their facilities include assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals that use expert neurorehabilitation to improve the lives of those with neurological conditions or brain injuries.
About the Role:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and NMC guidelines.
- Carry out all clinical care in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
- Manage patient care during shifts when appropriate.
About You:
- Registered nurse with post-registration experience in the clinical field.
- Knowledge of best clinical practice for the client group.
- Awareness of current legislation within the independent care sector.
- Demonstrable continuing professional development.
- Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
- Commitment to service user involvement.
- Clinical leadership skills.
- Ability to lead clinical practice development for the client group.
- Proven skills in leading, building, and influencing a team.
