About the job

In our service delivery division, Skylakes Psychology, you will run and administer client programmes for non-statutory work, including training and coaching programmes and traded services. You will be part of a service that seeks positive outcomes for children, young people and their families. We are a small, friendly team delivering meaningful work. Full training will be given, and you will learn how to administer our statutory programmes to give you a wider knowledge base and understanding of the work.

You will:

• Run and administer our non-statutory programmes, ensuring effective processes and systems are in place.
• Report on progress against internal standards and client expectations.
• Implement new contracts and produce any internal tools and templates required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our values.
• Strive continually to improve the service's efficiency, quality, and impact.
• Seek client feedback and hold lessons-learned debriefs.
• Supporting the management team with the wider service development and new programme launches.
• Ensure that all programmes operate in line with ISO management systems and data protection protocols.
• Support colleagues in the administration of statutory programmes.
• Maintain accurate records and observe data protection protocols.
• Track and monitor performance against the service plan and KPIs
• Communicate with the delivery team daily via email, phone, video calls and in-person
• Act as a key point of contact, responding to queries and disseminating information
• Support colleagues and clients to problem-solve any challenges that arise
• Organise and attend meetings with colleagues and/or clients as required
• Coordinate training sessions and team meetings
• Proofread pieces of work to check for spelling, grammar, and content errors
• Prepare and issue letters and general administrative tasks to support the service.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as an administrator, coordinator, or similar position
• Strong IT skills and competent in using Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately
• Enhanced DBS check
