What you will do:
Deliver expert diabetic foot care and advanced wound management.
Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Manage high-risk caseloads, providing specialist advice and interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to clinical audits.
Requirements:
HCPC registered with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in diabetic and high-risk foot care.
A confident driver, though not essential, is preferable.
