What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with long Covid presenting with respiratory symptoms in both clinic settings and their home environments.
- Examine and manage conditions like dysfunctional breathing patterns, hyperventilation syndrome, and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Support consultant and GP led clinics, run face-to-face and virtual rehabilitation programmes, and facilitate self-management strategies.
- Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, collaborating with diverse clinicians from across the integrated care system.
