What you will do:
- Work collaboratively as a Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist within a multi-disciplinary team, providing coordinated rehabilitation and condition management for long-term neurological conditions.
- Conduct specialist holistic physiotherapeutic assessments for patients with diverse and complex neurological presentations in various settings including outpatient, domiciliary, and community environments.
- Formulate, deliver, and evaluate individualised physiotherapy treatment programmes using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
- Empower patients and their families or carers by implementing strategies that encourage active participation in rehabilitation and long-term management.
- Take full responsibility for your own caseload, managing clinical risk and maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
- Communicate effectively with medical, nursing, and therapy colleagues to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.
- Actively participate in planning and organising patient management and adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
Candidates must be HCPC registered and should have UK physiotherapy experience. A car driver’s license is not required for this position.
