Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of physiotherapy care to both outpatients and inpatients, while also providing guidance and support to junior team members.

Newly Qualified Physiotherapists: The starting salary for the first 12 months will be £28,407.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of physiotherapy care within the musculoskeletal outpatient service, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes.
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of excellent physiotherapy care for orthopaedic inpatients, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment pathways and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, including students and physiotherapy assistants, in all aspects of their roles and learning needs.
  • Actively contribute to departmental objectives, including delivering in-service training, conducting audits, and participating in peer reviews.

Skills and Experience Required

  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year’s experience at a junior level within the MSK outpatient setting
  • Basic understanding of respiratory principles and techniques, including ACBT
  • Awareness of the KSF or equivalent framework
  • Understanding of clinical governance and its importance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Strong prioritisation, delegation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
