What you will do:
Contribute your skills and knowledge in stroke and neuro rehabilitation to support patient recovery and independence.
Work collaboratively within the Stroke Pathway to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Assess and evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimise outcomes.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
