Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Memory Service.
Location: Harold Wood
Pay Rate: £26.78 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract Type: Locum, 3-month contract
Duties:
- Assessment of new referrals to service
- Liaising with clients, carers and families via telephone, video conferencing or face-to-face
- Covering Duty
- Taking part in regular MDTs
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- NMC Registration
- Qualified practitioner with ability to manage caseload within community setting with support and supervision
- Experience of working within a community older adult or Memory Service team
- Use of RIO and EPMA
