Exciting opportunity for an Experienced Band 7 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team in Chelsea, London. This is a locum position within the Musculoskeletal specialism, offering an hourly rate of £31 on a full-time, ongoing basis. Referrals primarily from Trauma and Orthopaedics, with contributions from Rheumatology and Pain.

What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients post-fracture and post-operative, including ACL reconstruction, joint arthroplasty, foot and ankle, and upper limb injuries/surgery.
- Clinically reason and apply appropriate assessment and treatment techniques independently and effectively.
- Work autonomously to manage a large caseload, ensuring effective prioritisation and exceptional patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the staff, guiding them to manage their caseloads efficiently and fostering a positive learning environment.
Essential criteria:
- Band 7 or equivalent level experience treating patients in both acute phases and for rehabilitation.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to work independently in managing complex cases.
