What you will do:

  • Provide dedicated support and advocacy for cared-for children and young persons, working closely with them to promote their wellbeing and development.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with a variety of professionals including teachers, healthcare workers, and legal authorities to deliver holistic care solutions.
  • Develop care plans that are tailor-made for individual needs, implementing changes as required to achieve the best outcomes.
  •  Take part in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your practice and contribute towards service improvements.
  •  Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the strategic planning and development within the Cared For service.
