Job Title: Lead Physiotherapist - Rehab/ICU

Join our client's team of Allied Health Professionals at a cutting-edge healthcare facility situated in Birmingham. As a Physiotherapist, you'll play a pivotal role in their mission to provide top-tier care to their patients. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of their services, ensuring an exceptional standard of care for all.
Shift Pattern:
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Shift patterns, 7.5 hours per day, between 08:00 am to 20:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments, catering to patients with diverse clinical presentations.
- Provide guidance and specialised advice to fellow team members.
- Adhere to professional standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
- Design and implement individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Assess patients' readiness for discharge and facilitate referrals as necessary.
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development through reflective practice.
Requirements:
- Hold a Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with MCSP and HCPC.
- Demonstrated experience in providing care across various patient cohorts and specialities, including in-patient surgery, ITU, and respiratory care.
- Substantial postgraduate experience relevant to the role.
- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
