Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract
Dietitian Pay Rate: £25 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties of the Dietitian:
- To provide dietetic services to adults in the community in Nottinghamshire to meet the requirements of the service level agreements.
- To ensure a high quality dietetic service is provided through multi-disciplinary (MD) and multi-agency (MA) working, promoting the role of the dietitian across community services.
- To act as an educator, expert clinician and source of support to other primary care staff
- To enhance patient empowerment towards better self-care, via delivery of structured patient education programmes.
Requirements of the Dietitian:
- Degree or equivalent in dietetics
- Recent experience working as an Dietitian
- Registered with the HCPC to work in the UK
