What you will do:

  • Manage a caseload of clients experiencing first-episode psychosis, using client-centred principles to guide your practice.
  • Coordinate care plans effectively, working closely with a range of professionals and agencies, while undertaking thorough risk assessments.
  • Engage assertively with service users and their families, offering interventions within community settings.
  • Deliver evidence-based psycho-social interventions, tailored to assist recovery and manage symptoms.
  • Monitor treatment adherence and provide psycho-education to both clients and their families.
  • Facilitate access to essential services, ensuring holistic care that includes housing, income support, and educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate in crisis prevention and planning to avert hospitalisation wherever possible.
  • Work flexibly between 8am and 8pm, including some weekends, maintaining high professional standards at all times.
