Salary: £28,000 - £37,500 per annum (negotiable salary, plus excellent benefits and £3k joining bonus)
About the Role:
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiology Cath Lab Nurse to join our client's team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide exemplary planned care for patients both pre- and post-cardiac catheter lab procedures, ensure the team delivers effective patient care through appropriate clinical leadership, participate in the pre-assessment of all cath lab patients when required, and contribute to the development and improvement of their cardiology services.

Who They’re Looking For:
- NMC registered
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-graduation experience in Cath Lab
- Ideally, experience in cardiology, but training is provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team player
- Experience in circulating and scrubbing for a variety of cardiac cath lab procedures
- ILS certification
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
- Clinical reasoning skills applied to complex and varied patient case mixes
- Ability to challenge consultants to influence evidence-based practice
- Sharing evidence-based practices with colleagues to enhance service and standards
- Experience partnering with consultants and participating in innovative solutions for the service
- Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
- Mandatory training requirements including infection control and health and safety competencies
- Proficiency with equipment and medical devices
- Training on MS Office and other relevant packages
- English language proficiency to IELTS 7.0
- Auditing skills across clinical standards and departments
- Professional assessment skills
