What you will do:
- Work through the current waiting list, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Provide holistic assessment and intervention to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Engage in community-based initiatives to support those recovering from neuro conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
To thrive in this role, you must possess HCPC registration and hold a valid driver’s licence, as the position involves community-based activities.
