Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £51,000 - £60,000 per annum + benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits & excellent career development)  

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Advanced Oncology Physiotherapist to join our client's Outpatient team based in a prominent healthcare facility located in South East London. This large, world-class hospital offers exceptional acute and complex care, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and healthcare innovations. The facility is currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will manage an Oncology outpatient caseload, supporting the Physiotherapy Lead in service development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full Oncology outpatient caseload, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care across the campus.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using SMART goals.
  • Adhere to evidence-based practice in accordance with local and national guidelines.
  • Contribute to departmental management, clinical governance, and maintain CPD.
  • Lead service development initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and participate in relevant MDT meetings.
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with Oncology and Haematology consultants.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Relevant Post Graduate Training in Oncology.
  • Experience in Outpatient settings.
  • Desirable: Post Graduate Training in Lymphoedema (e.g., garment fitting, Vodders).
