JOB-20241107-791d94d2 Job Title: ASYE Social Worker - Adult Team Location: Worcestershire, UK Salary: £32,020 to £36,298 (potentially rising to £38,296 with AMHP) Hours: 37 hours per week Type: Permanent We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Experienced Social Workers Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) or ASYE Social Worker to join our Adult Team within the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme in Worcestershire. What You Will Do: Strengths-Based Social Work: Provide statutory social work services in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act. Comprehensive Assessments: Undertake in-depth assessments, support planning, intervention, and evaluation using the Three Conversations approach. Collaborative Working: Work alongside Herefordshire & Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust to deliver specialised mental health services. Safeguarding: Conduct safeguarding enquiries and respond to complex situations, applying your professional judgment and a range of interventions. Team Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings and receive regular supervision to continually enhance your practice. Qualifications & Requirements: Registered with Social Work England. Significant experience in social work practice, with a focus on adult social care.
