Since joining the company in 2007, Luke has led and mentored recruitment teams in all but 2 of the Sanctuary Personnel's divisions.
Having enjoyed six years insurance sales management before joining Sanctuary in 2007, Luke is no stranger to creating mutually beneficial business relationships.
After several years as a senior recruitment consultant and team leader, he launched Sanctuary Mental Health in 2012. Headed up allied health recruitment in 2018, became Social Work Director in 2019, and in 2020 became Director of Permanent Recruitment & International. Luke appointed and directed teams of talented recruitment consultants and managers, who to this day, continue to place a high volume of experienced professionals to the UK’s health and social care market.
Discovering innovative ways to overcome specific recruitment challenges is something he is passionate about. With over a dozen years’ experience in recruitment, he continues to inspire Sanctuary’s recruitment consultants; directing and mentoring them to deliver the very best candidate and client experience. Seeing them progress in their career to become highly knowledgeable within their sector is what continues to motivate Luke.
When he’s not busy nurturing his teams, he’s cheering on Liverpool Football Club and taking care of his young family, who he devotes most of his spare time to.
