Charlie joined the company in 2007 and with experience of managing a call-centre, he understands the value of customer service.
Holding the position of Vendor Account Manager for nine years, Charlie has established fantastic working relationships with clients. He understands their needs and is skilful at finding innovative solutions. Being promoted to Head of Group Operations was a natural progression. He manages the company’s compliance and registration teams, whilst overseeing sales operational processes and new contract implementations. Working in a highly-regulated environment, he takes the lead on designing and implementing internal controls. His focus is on making sure Sanctuary Personnel continues to set the benchmark for safe and efficient recruitment. In overseeing sales operational processes, he constantly explores new ways to drive each division’s sales efforts - to deliver exceptional customer service and solidify the company’s position in the market.
When he’s not busy supporting his colleagues, he can be found supporting his son at football and loves nothing more than spending time with his family and dining out!
